Privacy Policy
Apas Ventures LLC ("we", "us") runs srijanta.com and the srijanta services. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask of us.
1. What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, organisation and messages, for example when you book a demo.
- Account details when accounts open: sign-in details and plan.
- Content you upload or make, and your students' work if you teach a class here.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
- Basic technical data: browser, device, pages visited, IP address.
2. How we use it
- To provide the Services, answer you and arrange demos.
- To bill paid plans.
- To keep the Services secure and improve them.
- To tell you about your account, and about srijanta if you agreed to that.
3. Schools and students
When a school, college or other institution uses srijanta, it decides which student information is entered and stays in control of it. We use that information only to provide the Services to the institution, we do not sell it or use it for advertising, and we delete it when the institution asks or when the agreement ends. Students under 13 use srijanta only through their school or with a parent's consent.
4. Language models and other services
Some tools send text to the language model providers we use, and only the part a task needs. We also use providers for hosting, email and payment (Stripe). Each processes data for us only to provide its service. We do not sell personal information.
5. Where it is kept and for how long
srijanta.com's data is kept on servers in the United States. We keep it while your account or agreement is active, or as the law requires, and delete it on request.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, download or delete your information, or to stop marketing email. California residents have the rights the CCPA gives. Write to info@apasventures.co; we answer within 30 days.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
9. Changes
We will post any change here with its date, and email account holders about important ones.
