Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of srijanta.com and the srijanta services (the "Services") provided by Apas Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to them. If you use the Services for an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you may do so.
1. The Services
srijanta lets you make, keep and deliver teaching material: converting documents, writing lessons and questions, worksheets, slides, classes, tests and a tutor. Partner institutions may use the Services under their own name and domain under a separate written agreement, which prevails over these Terms where they differ.
2. Accounts
Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure and tell us at once of any use you did not allow. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 to have an account; students under 13 may use srijanta only through their school or with a parent's consent.
3. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in US dollars through Stripe. Monthly and yearly plans renew until cancelled; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Credit for tools that use language models is drawn as you use them and may be topped up from your wallet. You may ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment; after that, refunds are at our discretion. Partner plans are invoiced as agreed in writing.
4. Your content
What you upload or make remains yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide the Services to you and those you share it with. You confirm you have the right to upload it. We do not use your content to sell to others.
5. Our content and software
The engines, software, our own question banks and lessons, and the srijanta name and mark belong to Apas Ventures LLC or its licensors. Your plan gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them through the Services.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not share your sign-in, or resell the Services, without our written permission.
- Do not scrape, copy in bulk, or try to get around limits or payment.
- Do not upload unlawful material or material you have no right to use.
- Do not use the Services to harm or harass anyone.
7. Accuracy
Our engines compute and check answers, and we work to make them right. Language models draft text and can make mistakes in wording. Review new material before you rely on it, as srijanta asks you to, and use your judgement for high-stakes decisions.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
9. Ending
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these Terms. You may download your content before your account closes.
10. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with its date. We will tell account holders of important changes by email.
